The attitudes, culture and lifestyle of British Columbia places special demands on design, and ultimately the functioning of the building. Each building project is unique, and while like projects have similar elements, each design respects the needs, attitudes and special features and attractions of the location and surrounding area.
At TRTA, we make every effort to include the Client in the evaluation and decision-making process throughout the project. To assist the Client in making informed decisions, we take extra care in providing clear, readily understandable graphic presentations, often with the aid of three dimensional modeling to assist in the visualization of the concepts.
In the early stages of design TRTA can provide an ‘Interactive Design Experience’. We do not believe this service is offered anywhere else in the Valley, and use this unique part of the process to give the Client the opportunity to make suggestions and view the results in real time as we actually modify the design while you watch. We are able to change the colours, investigate different materials, adjust the building form, move windows and doors and then spin the building around to view the different perspectives. We feel this an informative and mutually beneficial experience in achieving the Client’s vision.
Informed participation of the Client, in concert with the design team, offers a particular advantage in exploring innovative ideas, while responding to the particular criteria of the design programs.
The success of TRTA’s projects has always been based on Client – Architect communication, and is welcomed and encouraged at all phases of the work. This results in a personalized service to YOU, as our Client.
We believe that we are translators of ideas into efficient, cost-conscious and visually appealing buildings.
During all phases of the project, we prepare cost studies to ensure that the budget is met, treating each and every projects as thought it would be our own. The result is optimum return on capital investment, now and into the future.
